The SPC has just issued the above Tornado Watch until 3am CDT Monday morning for portions of central and southern Missouri, northwest Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma.
Large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are possible within and close to the watch area. This watch includes Springfield, Ft. Smith and Fayetteville, as well as McAlester, Ardmore and Branson.
Thunderstorms are developing along a frontal boundary / dryline across southwest Missouri into northeast Oklahoma. Individual thunderstorms will move East/Northeast while the line moves Eastward this evening.
